Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

     We are a SMALL, family owned and operated business. This means that our processing timeframe will be longer than most retail stores. We will try to have all orders finalized & shipped within 5 weeks after the date of order. However, please note that if your order contains any custom/personalized item(s), processing time might increase. You will be informed if you order via phone/text message/Facebook comments & messenger if we expect your order to take longer than 5 weeks.

     Typically, orders are completed faster than this timeframe. We just want you to be aware that if you have a large order or if it is a busy time of year, it very well could take 5 weeks to finalize your order. We thank you for your understanding in this regard.

     Note - actual shipping time is not included in the 5 week estimate. We have NO control of carrier timeframes. Additionally, Nena's Creations is not responsible for lost packages. 

Returns:

     At Nena's Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to make your order correct. If we are unable to find a solution, some items will be considered for a return:

  • Non-custom items may be considered for refund. They must be in the same condition you received it in as well as unworn or unused. 

  • Custom/personalized items are final sale. Absolutely no returns/refunds will be made.

     You have 30 days after the date listed on your invoice to initiate a return/refund request. No exchanges will be made. To start a return/refund request, please contact us by email at nenaphillipscreations@gmail.com or call us at 580.670.1698. Absolutely no return/refund requests will be accepted via Facebook comments/messenger OR text messages. Additionally, any item sent back without a prior approved return/refund request will not be accepted. 

     Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in new, unused condition. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

     *Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning their approved refundable items.*

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you somehow received an incorrect item.
